I've been told it can hurt pretty bad for women to run without a sports bra on, unless they have teh small boobies. Hell, it hurts me sometimes if I run long enough, 'cause my nipples start to bleed. Friction, y'know, and then you have scabby nipples. :(

Nobody wants scabby nipples. Lube work well for stopping chaffage, incidentally.

And yes, running without a decent bra on hurts like a mofo.
